| Philosophy & Approach:
Araaman's Transformation FUN Workshops and Seminars are experiential,
interactive workshops where participants are provided exciting
information, exercises, safe space, group processes, and mental, physical,
and emotional freedom to create transformation.
By transformation, we mean the act of changing one's distress thought
patterns and self-sabotaging behavior, on a conscious and subconscious
level, thereby changing one's own belief system. This affects not only a
person's behavior, but the emotional, mental, and spiritual health of the
individual and community.
Unconditional love and non-judgment are at the core of these workshops,
seminars, and films. They are based upon the premise that ALL human beings
are born naturally wonderful, loving, intelligent, powerful, creative
geniuses.
While celebrating, valuing, and affirming selfworth, participants see
through selfinventory, their own feelings, attitudes, pains, and joy,
mirrored and expressed in a safe environment. We invite participants to
own and take responsibility for their thoughts, emotions, and behavior,
rather than fearing, avoiding, or denying them. The facilitator models
accepting differences, flexibility, honesty, and openness.
Throughout the workshop, there are periodic group needs assessments,
support, group participation, demonstrations, and personal reevaluations.
In this atmosphere of safety, connectedness, and positive change,
transformation is shown to be an attainable goal for all. Participants
become more open to creative solutions and learn to language and apply
positive self-support.
It is natural state of being for ALL human beings to desire wholeness.
When presented with an a ccessible opportunity for positive change, all
participants make a quantum leap and commit, not only to their own
self-transformation, but the transformation of the entire group, project,
ideal, or community.
In order to transform the world, we must first transform ourselves.
